The executive king suite room had very comfortable beds and included a microwave oven, electric kettle, and refrigerators which were nice additions.

Fairly clean hotel, services were TERRIFIC and location was particularly good in the middle of the city. My room was brand-new & carpeted with very comfortable beds. The staff was very amiable and exceptionally accommodating, they were always available.

Clean, comfortable and quiet room

When first walking in the person at front counter was training a new staff member and did not acknowledge me right away, however she did apologize once we completed transaction for the wait. When my husband came in, they did not acknowledge him at the front counter, he stook there for a while and finally said "don't worry about it, I know which room she is in" and walked away and still was not acknowledged.

The service here is excellent with friendly staff, modern rooms with twin beds, and delicious meals.

Convenient

I like a very thin pilow and there were none in the room.

Staff is very friendly Continental breakfast - I noticed a lot of people taking food for lunches and no one said anything. I thought that was pretty good of the Holiday Inn to allow them to take extras away with them in the morning.

Too expensive, it seems to me that a customer that stays more than 3 days should have a discount, since the sheets are not changed, the floor is not vacuumed more often than every 3 days, as a matter of fact, I spilled some popcorn on the floor on the Tuesday and it was still there Friday night. Internet service was poor. It took me several attempts (5- 8) putting in the password before it come on. At times, I logged out and tried again. I called front desk and got a number to call. I don't think it was up to me to do that. The second time I contacted the front desk I asked the receptionist to do it for me.

The hotel has a great location, very close to restaurants, Drayton Valley, Alberta, and a grocery store. the room was well decorated and brand-new with very comfortable beds. Amenities like a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge were available in the room.

We had a great stay....staff, amenities and food were great!

The only thing I disliked was that the vending machine had certain items shown, but when I tried to get those items it kept coming up as an error

I appreciated being there, the place is beautifully kept and lovely.

The room was spotless and well-appointed and it had a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets, that's cool.

The rooms here are nicely decorated with carpeting and come equipped with useful amenities like a fridge, microwave, and electric kettle for breakfast.

Great free breakfast, clean food station, nice dining area, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, good location.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express! the rooms were comfortable and fairly quiet. the lady at check-in was lovely and gave us helpful suggestions for dinner. We really appreciated the free breakfast, with a clean and well-stocked food station. the dining area had a nice layout and we enjoyed sitting on the couches in the evening to visit with our friends. the room air conditioning was fantastic, especially during the hot and humid weather. And let's not forget about the delicious homemade cookies!
